We are unable to accept applications for clients who are under 18 years old.
Over 70’s
We require a picture of the customer holding their proof of identity, in addition to another method of standard verification.
Yes, there is no charge to open a payment account with Dynamico.
Currencycloud is our FCA Authorised payments network partner.
You can find the details for your account within the Dynamico platform. Simply log in and select ‘Balances’ from the left-hand navigation bar. Then select ‘Fund’ against the currency you wish to fund into your account or receive from a third party (Third-party Collection Accounts must be enabled on your account).
For the local GBP and Euro funding use the ‘regular bank transfer’ details.
Funds are safeguarded by our FCA-regulated e-money partners at a credit institution. _When funds are posted to your account, e-money is issued in exchange for these funds, by an Electronic Money Institution who we work with, called Currencycloud. In line with regulatory requirements, Currencycloud safeguards your funds. This means that the money behind the balance you see in your account is held at a reputable bank, and most importantly, is protected for **you** in the event of Currencycloud’s, or our, insolvency. Currencycloud stops safeguarding your funds when the money has been paid out of your account to your beneficiary’s account._
We offer our customers competitive exchange rates.
If you do not have enough funds in your wallet to settle your conversion, your payment due date will be changed for the next working day, and you may be charged for each additional day that it is not settled.
To avoid additional fees, please allow enough time for your bank to send the money before the cut off times.
If you have booked a conversion with the wrong conversion date, we can change the date for you. You will need to contact us to instruct us to make the change.
Change of settlement date may incur additional charges.
There are two payment types – SWIFT or Local (Regular)
Local Payments (Regular): Local payments are domestic or SEPA payments. There are no receiving bank fees for local payments so the beneficiary always receives the full amount. Please use Local (Regular) payment where available.
SWIFT payment (Priority): SWIFT is the fastest way to make international payments, settling the same day or next day. There may be a charge(s) for SWIFT transactions either by the intermediary or receiving bank.
